Standard Residential Service Rates
| Monthly Minimum: $45.00 Water Included w/ Minimum Bill: 2,000 Gallons Over the 2,000 gallons is $10.80 per 1,000 gallons. Late Fee: $10.00 Added when payment is not received by the 15th of the month. If mailing payments, envelope must be postmarked on or before the 15th to avoid the late fee. If you are over 60, please stop by the office with proof for the Senior Citizen Waiver. Returned Check Fee: $15.00 Our water meters are read each month between the 15th and 20th. Bills are sent out before the 1st of the following month. Please contact our office for any additional information. |

New Meter Installation

Notice of New Rates
| Effective 01/01/2024 In addition to the current $45 base rate, a tiered gallonage charge shall now be added at the following rates: $10.80 per 1,000 gallons for 0 to 2,000 gallons $11.80 per 1,000 gallons for 2,001 to 6,000 gallons $12.80 per 1,000 gallons for 6,001 to 10,000 gallons $13.80 per 1,000 gallons for 10,001 to 20,000 gallons $14.80 per 1,000 gallons for 20,001 to 40,000 gallons $15.80 per 1,000 gallons for 40,000+ gallons *NOTE: The previous base rate of $45 included 2,000 gallons of water. Per recommendations by the Texas Rural Water Association, ORSG will no longer be including the 2,000 gallons of water in the base rate as of 01/01/24 |
