Subject: Temporary Suspension of Water Meter Sales
Dear ORSG Customer,
We are writing to inform you that Oak Ridge South Gale has temporarily suspended sales of new water meters. This decision has been made to ensure that our system continues to operate within its capacity and in compliance with all TCEQ standards.
As part of our commitment to delivering safe and reliable water service to our community, we must manage our system's capacity in a responsible manner. The suspension of water meter sales will remain in effect until we are able to meet the demand without compromising the integrity and functionality of our infrastructure.
